Expertise in the V-22 systems and sub-systems, including production and manufacturing, cost and scheduling. Ability to provide expert advice to executive level contractor officials, top level Department of Defense executives and senior military officials.

Technical Management Consultant

Provide management and technical expertise to major contractors and subcontractors to increase effectiveness and efficiencies as government contractors. These contractors provide aircraft, helicopter and large weapon systems having multi-year phased development programs.

          Provide technical expertise to resolve technical difficulties as they arise and well as anticipate potential areas requiring
different technical approaches before problems occur

         
Uncover organizational difficulties; provide and implement successful corrective action plans
          Develop strong connections with line workers and effectively communicate information about their technical concerns to
top management to anticipate and resolve trouble areas
          Effectively communicate technical ideas and their implications to non-technical audiences such as corporate managers
and government leaders and administrators

Systems Engineering

Provide in-depth expertise in technical fields requiring extensive integration with other highly specialized technical areas. Proven capability of rapid assimilation of new technical concepts and integration of those new concepts into aircraft, helicopter and large weapon systems. Communicate and execute effectively with a wide variety of disciplines and personalities; draw parallels between various systems and technical disciplines.
          Address internal operations of an organization and ascertain any problems inherent within its engineering operation
          Track and execute multiple efforts in a high workload environment (e.g., review and execute design changes to allow
continuation of flight operations)
          Recommend engineering changes to troubled sub-systems and ensure changes incorporated to prevent critical failures
in the operation of aircraft's and helicopters
          Chair Preliminary Design Reviews and Critical Design Reviews of major aircraft subsystems
          Participate as Member of V-22 Blue Ribbon Panel
