These pictures of Totora found on Google are part of a photo
collection from an Andean Potato Expedition. The Expedition was
undertaken by the Max Planck Institute in Germany to Argentina, Bolivia,
and Peru to collect
specimens to build a herbarium. The photographer was the late
Professor Hans Ross, who collected wild potatoes in Bolivia is 1959, and
was a good friend of the reknown Bolivian Biologist Professor Martin
Cardenas.
